Getting Started

Click "Get started" on our homepage, enter your email and create a password. You'll then complete a short onboarding where you set your business name, choose your custom booking link, select your timezone, and add your phone number. From there, you can add services, set availability, and start accepting bookings right away.

Most businesses are fully set up in under 10 minutes. Onboarding walks you through creating your business profile, adding your services with pricing and duration, and setting your availability. You can start accepting bookings as soon as your first service is live.

Absolutely. Timebase offers multiple themes — including Willow, Lucid, and Vail — along with customizable color schemes and layout options. You can upload your logo, add a business description, display your hours, and choose between circle or square photo styles. Everything is managed from your Design settings.

Every business gets a unique booking link at timebase.pro/your-name. You choose your custom link during onboarding (lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens). Share it anywhere and customers can book directly.

AI Assistant

The AI booking assistant acts as your 24/7 receptionist. When a customer visits your booking page, they have a natural conversation about scheduling the service they need. The AI checks your real-time availability, handles scheduling conflicts, and confirms the booking — all without you lifting a finger.

Yes. Timebase offers both AI chat booking and classic click-to-book scheduling. You can choose whichever you prefer. The classic mode lets them browse your calendar, pick a date and time from your available slots, and confirm.

You can enable or disable either booking mode at any time from your settings.

Payments & Billing

Timebase integrates with Stripe so you can collect payments directly through your booking page. You can require full payment upfront, collect a deposit at the time of booking, set up automatic cancellation fees, and provide customers a code waiving booking fees entirely. Payments are deposited to your connected Stripe account.

Booking deposits let you collect a partial payment when a customer books. You set the deposit amount per service — it can be a fixed amount or a percentage. This reduces no-shows and secures commitment. The remaining balance is collected at the time of the appointment.

You can set automatic cancellation fees for each service. When a customer cancels within your specified window, the fee is charged automatically through Stripe.

Timebase starts with a free trial — no credit card required. After your trial, the Standard plan is $39/month and includes unlimited bookings, the AI scheduling assistant, a custom booking page, Stripe payments, client reminders, analytics, deposits, and cancellation fees.

Scheduling

From your Availability settings within the Schedule page, you set your working hours for each day of the week. You can create general availability that applies to all services, or set specific hours for individual services or service categories. Block off lunch breaks, holidays, or personal time — your booking page only shows open slots.

For services like workshops, classes, or group sessions, you can enable group bookings and set a capacity limit. Multiple customers can book the same time slot until the group is full. This is ideal for fitness classes or any service that accommodates multiple clients simultaneously.

Buffer time adds extra minutes before and after each appointment. This gives you time to prepare, clean up, take notes, or simply take a break between clients. Buffer time is automatically blocked from new bookings so your schedule stays comfortable.

Managing Your Business

Yes. From your calendar view, you can manually create bookings for walk-in clients, phone bookings, or any appointment you need to add. You select the service, date, time, and client details. Manual bookings appear alongside AI and online bookings in your calendar.

Your Timebase dashboard includes real-time analytics showing service revenue, peak booking times, customer behavior, and growth trends. See which services drive the most revenue, identify your busiest hours, and make data-driven decisions to grow your business.

For Customers

Visit the business's Timebase booking page (their unique link at timebase.pro/business-name). Pick your service, choose a date and time, enter your details, and confirm.

Yes, you'll receive an instant email confirmation with all your appointment details — the service, date, time, location, and any payment information. You'll also receive reminders before your appointment so you never miss it.

Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your booking, including options to cancel. Cancellation policies are set by each business — some may charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations. Check the business's policy when booking.
